It’s no shocker that anytime you’re in the market for a new anti-aging cream there’s an unbelievable amount to choose from. Whether you’re looking for something to turn back the clock, add a dose of hydration or protect you from sun-damage (past and present) it’s hard to know which formulas really hold to their promises and which ones are better suited to stay on the shelf. About My Skin: It’s combination sensitive

I’ve tried numerous skincare products over the years and my skin can tend to be quite sensitive when it comes in contact with too much fragrance or an overly-rich formula. The things I look for the most in a moisturizer are texture (can’t be too heavy), anti-aging benefits, real-time hydration, and the ability to pair well with makeup. The texture being one of the most important as I do not like anything to feel thick or greasy on my skin. I want to protect my skin along with doing as much as I can to nourish it and keep it smooth. Some skincare brands I’ve used consistently are Herbivore Botanicals, Biologique Recherche, and La-Roche Posay.

How To Apply: Super easy to use

The cream is very easy to apply, all you need to do is scoop out a tiny amount and dot it across your face and then blend it with your fingers. If you’re someone who likes to warm cream in your fingers before pressing it on the skin, you can absolutely use that method as well with this formula.

The Results: This cream is a dream

When I tell you that I’ve not quite come across a moisturizing cream until this one that’s checked all my boxes, I mean it.

From the texture to the way this formula absorbed on my skin and looked underneath makeup (no pilling in sight), I was blown away by how well my skin looked after just one week of applying.

Fresher, brighter, and smoother. I noticed right away that each time I apply the cream my pores look smaller and my skin looks smoother. It’s almost like I am applying a blurring primer or soft-focus filter to my face. The formula didn’t feel heavy or look greasy at all yet felt extremely nourishing and hydrating. The scent is just faint enough that it does not bother me, yet if you are someone who is opposed to fragrance or essential oils, keep that in perspective when considering adding this product to your skincare routine.

The Value: Absolutely worth it

For a cream that addresses hydration and anti-aging, it has a luxe texture and pairs well with other products. The price for a 1.6-ounce jar compared to other luxury creams at 1-ounce (and triple the price) can't be beaten. You’re getting quite a bit of product that will last, as you only need to apply a small amount each day.
