As a beauty editor, when you get the chance to speak to a woman who's made a success of not one but two internationally renowned beauty brands, you say yes, pronto. Maria Hatzistefanis is the entrepreneur behind both Rodial and Nip+Fab and now boasts a long line of incredible products that are stocked in over 25,000 stores and 35 countries. Phew. Oh, and Kylie Jenner is a massive fan, which is all you need to make any brand go totally stratospheric.

When I had the chance to chat with Hatzistefanis about her new book, How to Be an Overnight Success, she not only gave us a good insight into her brands but also told us about which products that people are obsessed with.
